This function effectively transforms the application into a tailored guide to "The Woody Plants of Where You Are Standing," offering insights into the flora of regions like Southwestern Oregon, Central Park, or specific geographic coordinates.
Furthermore, users can employ a simple tree attribute questionnaire within the app to further refine the species list based on criteria such as growth location, leaf characteristics, flower hues, or fruit types. The multimedia tutorial "Woody Plants in North America, 2012" by Kendall/Hunt Publishing presents an extensive DVD compilation featuring information on 920 woody plants accompanied by over 23,000 vibrant color photographs capturing leaves in summer and fall, flowers, fruits, twigs, bark, and plant forms. The software's engaging interface includes multiple images of each plant part to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of field variations.
